I'm curious, how much relief does one typically experience in their feet when they embark on a weight loss journey? Does the reduced weight on the joints alleviate discomfort, allowing for more comfortable daily activities and perhaps even better posture? And does this vary based on the amount of weight lost or the individual's starting weight?
