Can you be scammed on trust wallet?

Can you really be scammed on a platform like Trust Wallet? I mean, isn't it supposed to be a secure way to store and manage your cryptocurrencies? But I've heard stories about people falling victim to phishing scams or even having their funds stolen from their wallets. So, is it really possible to get scammed on Trust Wallet, and if so, how can we protect ourselves from these types of attacks?
