Why is Coinbase returning my money?

Excuse me, I'm a bit confused. Could you please clarify why Coinbase is returning my money? Is there some kind of issue with my account? Or is it a general policy change that I'm not aware of? I've been using Coinbase for quite some time now and this is the first time I'm facing such a situation.
