Does the PSP still have a store?

Excuse me, I was wondering if I could clarify something about the PSP. It seems that there has been some discussion recently about whether or not they still maintain a physical store. I'm a bit out of the loop, so I wanted to ask directly: Does the PSP still have a store where customers can go to purchase products and services, or have they shifted fully to online operations?
