Does anyone live on Meteora?

Could you please clarify for me, is there any known human habitation on the island group of Meteora? Are there any permanent residents or perhaps even temporary visitors who frequent these unique rock formations? It's intriguing to think about the possibility of humans coexisting with such a breathtaking natural landscape. If so, what kind of lifestyle do they lead, and how do they manage to sustain themselves in such an isolated environment?
