Can you destroy a Gnosis?

Can you really destroy a Gnosis? I mean, isn't it just a digital asset, existing solely on the blockchain? Isn't the very nature of blockchain technology to be Immutable and permanent? Wouldn't destroying a Gnosis essentially be like trying to erase a piece of history from the internet? Or is there some way to render it useless or inaccessible, effectively 'destroying' it in a practical sense? I'm genuinely curious to know if such a thing is even possible.
