Why can't i buy VeChain on Coinbase?

Excuse me, but I'm a bit confused. I've been trying to purchase VeChain tokens on Coinbase, but it seems that the option isn't available. Could you please explain why that is? Is there a specific reason why Coinbase doesn't support VeChain transactions? Is there a possibility that they will add it in the future?
