Why is the Boo app not working?

Hello there, I'm curious to know why the Boo app seems to be malfunctioning. Is it a widespread issue affecting multiple users, or is it isolated to my device? Are the developers aware of this issue and working on a fix? Additionally, are there any temporary solutions or workarounds that I can try in the meantime to get the app up and running again? It's quite frustrating to have a service that I rely on suddenly stop working, so I'm eager to find a solution as soon as possible.
