Can I still download purchased PSP games?

Good day, I have a query regarding my PlayStation Portable (PSP) games. I've made several digital purchases in the past and was wondering, is it still possible to download those PSP games that I've bought? With the rise of newer gaming platforms, I'm not sure if the PSP's digital storefront is still active or if there are any limitations to accessing my previously acquired content.
