Can pangolins bite?

I'm curious to know, can pangolins actually bite? Are their mouths equipped with teeth capable of inflicting harm? And if so, what kind of threat do their bites pose to potential predators or handlers? Understanding the defensive mechanisms of these unique animals would certainly be intriguing.
