Can you buy just the Starlink dish?

I'm curious, can you actually purchase just the Starlink dish without any additional services or subscriptions? It seems like Starlink is often marketed as a complete package, but I'm wondering if there's a way to just get the hardware and set it up on my own terms. Is this something that's possible, or do you have to sign up for a specific plan to access the dish? Any insight you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
