Where in the Bible does it say not to mess with tarot cards?

Excuse me, I was wondering if you could clarify something for me. I've heard some people mention that the Bible advises against using tarot cards. But, upon my own reading, I haven't been able to locate a specific passage that explicitly states this. Could you perhaps point me in the right direction?
