Can I run DeX on my phone?

Excuse me, I'm a bit confused about something. I've been hearing a lot about decentralized exchanges, or DeX, lately and I'm wondering if I can actually run one on my phone. I mean, I've got a pretty powerful smartphone these days, so I'm wondering if it's technically feasible to use my device to access and trade on a DeX platform. Is this something that's even possible, or do I need a more traditional computer or laptop to do so? Any insight you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
