Is BIM 360 the same as Autodesk Construction Cloud?

Could you please clarify for me if BIM 360 and Autodesk Construction Cloud are essentially the same product or if they have distinct features and functionalities? I've heard both terms being used interchangeably, but I'm not entirely sure if they serve the same purpose or if there are specific differences between the two that I should be aware of.
