Can I join RCI if I don't own a timeshare?

Hello there, I'm curious about joining the RCI program, but I have a question. I don't currently own a timeshare. Does that mean I'm ineligible to join RCI? I understand that timeshare owners can benefit greatly from the program, but I'm wondering if there's a way for someone like me, who doesn't own a timeshare, to still take advantage of RCI's services. Any insight you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
