Who exactly owns the Polygon network, and what kind of governance structure does it have in place to ensure the decentralization and fair distribution of its tokens and decision-making processes? Is there a single entity or group that holds a majority stake, or is it more of a community-driven initiative with various stakeholders contributing to its growth and development?
