Why can't I sell a WoW Token?

I'm curious, why is it that I'm unable to sell a WoW Token? I've been trying for a while now, but it seems like there's some sort of restriction or issue preventing me from doing so. Could it be related to my account status, or perhaps there's a specific requirement I'm not meeting? I'm really interested in understanding the reasons behind this and finding a way to resolve the issue so I can sell my WoW Token.
