Can I use CBX if I'm not flying?

Excuse me, I've been reading up on CBX and I'm curious about its usage. The information I've come across so far seems to suggest that CBX is primarily associated with flying or air travel. However, I'm wondering if there's any way I can use CBX even if I'm not planning to fly anytime soon.
