Can you buy an EV1?

I'm curious, can you actually purchase an EV1 these days? I've heard they're quite rare and difficult to find. Do dealerships still stock them, or would I have to resort to the used car market? Additionally, what kind of budget would I need to set aside if I'm seriously considering acquiring one? Are there any particular challenges or limitations I should be aware of before making such a purchase? I'm eager to learn more about the process and what to expect if I decide to go ahead with buying an EV1.
