Can the Hydra be sold in GTA?

Excuse me, I was wondering if I could get some clarification on something. I've been reading up on the latest virtual assets and came across something called the "Hydra." Now, I'm a bit of a fan of the Grand Theft Auto series, and I was wondering if there's any way to sell or trade this Hydra in-game. I know the games have their own economy and marketplaces, but I'm not sure if the Hydra is a part of that. Could you possibly enlighten me on whether the Hydra can be sold or traded in Grand Theft Auto? Thank you for your time.
