Are there any US banks in Venezuela?

Could you elaborate on the current status of US banks operating in Venezuela? Are there any active branches or have they all been forced to close due to the political and economic turmoil in the country? It's been widely reported that international sanctions and the Venezuelan government's policies have made it difficult for foreign banks to operate there.
