Will people who lost money in FTX get it back?

Good day everyone, I'm curious to know, in light of the recent FTX collapse, what are the chances for those who lost money in the exchange to recover their funds? Are there any legal avenues being pursued, or any steps being taken by the authorities to ensure that victims are compensated?
