Could you please clarify for me, is USDC, the stablecoin, actually backed or guaranteed by the United States government in any way? I understand that it is a digital asset designed to maintain a stable value relative to the US dollar, but I'm wondering if there's any official government support or involvement in its issuance or backing. Is USDC backed by the government?
