Can I send from arbitrum to ERC20?

Excuse me, I have a question regarding cryptocurrency transactions. Specifically, I'm wondering if it's possible to send funds from the Arbitrum network to an ERC20 compatible wallet or address. I understand that Arbitrum is a layer 2 scaling solution built on top of Ethereum, and ERC20 is a widely used token standard on the Ethereum blockchain.
