Who owns the RadioShack name?

Can you please clarify for me who exactly owns the RadioShack name at this moment? Is it still held by the original company that once operated the chain of electronics stores, or has it been sold or transferred to a new entity? If so, when did this change of ownership take place and who is the current owner? Additionally, does the new owner plan to use the RadioShack name for a similar business venture or is there a different direction they're taking with the brand?
