Is Apex Launcher free?

Excuse me, I'm just wondering, I came across Apex Launcher and I'm quite intrigued by its features. Could you possibly tell me if Apex Launcher is available for free download or do I need to purchase it in order to use it? I'm trying to manage my apps more efficiently and Apex Launcher seems like it could be a great solution, but I'd like to know the cost upfront before I make any decisions.
