Is bored ape Yacht Club a fungible token?

Excuse me, but could you clarify for me whether the Bored APE Yacht Club is actually a fungible token? As I understand, fungible tokens are interchangeable and can be used in place of each other without affecting the value of the transaction. Given the unique and individual nature of the Bored Ape NFTs, it seems to me that they may not fit this definition. Could you elaborate on this point and help me understand your perspective?
