Do they speak Spanish in Menorca?

Excuse me, could you please clarify something for me? I'm planning a trip to Menorca and I'm wondering if Spanish is widely spoken there. I understand that it's part of Spain, but I've heard that some islands have a unique linguistic culture. So, do the locals primarily speak Spanish in Menorca, or is there another dominant language that I should be aware of? It would be great if you could shed some light on this for me.
