Which direction is USA?

Excuse me, I'm a bit confused and I was wondering if you could help me. I'm trying to navigate my way and I'm not sure which direction the United States of America is in from here. Could you please point me in the right direction or give me some guidance on how to find out? I'm new to this area and I'm having a bit of trouble figuring it out.
