How do I get my money back from BitMart?

Hello there, I'm wondering if you could help me out with a bit of a dilemma. I recently made a transaction on BitMart, but unfortunately, things didn't go as planned and now I'm trying to get my money back. I've been searching around online, but I'm not really sure what the best approach is. Do you have any advice on how I can go about getting my funds refunded? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
