Why did Citi Bike charge me twice?

Hello, I'm reaching out because I've recently noticed that Citi Bike has charged me twice for a single ride. Could you please explain why this might have happened? I've always been a loyal user of your service and have never experienced this issue before. Is there a known issue with the system or is there a specific reason why I was charged twice?
