Does Zeon Zoysia grass spread?

I'm curious to know, does Zeon Zoysia grass have the tendency to spread? I've heard that some types of grass can be quite invasive and take over an area quickly, so I'm wondering if this particular variety falls into that category. Is it necessary to take special precautions when planting Zeon Zoysia grass to prevent it from spreading uncontrollably? Or is it a more manageable and contained type of grass that won't require as much maintenance in terms of keeping it from spreading?
