How can I activate My Cloud?

Excuse me, I'm trying to get started with My Cloud but I'm having some trouble activating it. Could you please guide me through the process? I've heard that it's a great way to store and access my files from anywhere, but I'm not sure where to begin. Do I need to download any specific software or set up an account first?
