Is Ichi true to size?

I'm considering purchasing a pair of Ichi shoes, but I'm not sure if they run true to size. Can anyone who has experience with Ichi shoes confirm if they tend to fit as expected, or if I should size up or down? It would be great to get some feedback before making my purchase decision.
