Why can't I buy or sell on Voyager?

I'm curious, why am I unable to execute trades on Voyager? Is there a technical issue or is it due to market conditions? I've been trying to buy and sell cryptocurrencies on the platform, but it seems to be unresponsive. Could you please provide some clarity on what might be causing this issue and how I can resolve it?
