Can you sleep in Firewatch?

I'm curious, could you actually catch some shut-eye in the game Firewatch? It's a beautiful and immersive experience, but does it offer the player the opportunity to rest and recharge their batteries, much like the protagonist might need to do after a long day of exploring the wilderness? Or is the gameplay structured in such a way that there's no downtime, and you're constantly on the go, solving puzzles and uncovering mysteries? I'd love to know if Firewatch allows for moments of relaxation and rest, or if it's a non-stop thrill ride from start to finish.
