Can you return Target bags?

Excuse me, I was wondering if I could possibly return some Target bags that I've acquired. I understand that Target has a return policy for many of their products, but I'm unsure if this applies to bags as well. Is there a specific timeframe within which I can return them? Are there any conditions or restrictions that I should be aware of? I would greatly appreciate any information you could provide on this matter. Thank you for your time.
