What network is iD Mobile on?

Excuse me, I was wondering if you could clarify something for me. I've been trying to understand the technical aspects of mobile networks and I came across the mention of iD Mobile. Could you please tell me what network iD Mobile operates on? Is it a subsidiary of a larger network or do they have their own independent infrastructure?
