Can I put my AirTalk Wireless SIM card in another phone?

Hello there, I'm curious about something regarding my AirTalk Wireless SIM card. I'm wondering if it's possible to take this SIM card out of my current phone and put it into another phone. I'm thinking of upgrading to a new device and I'd like to know if I can keep my existing number and plan by simply swapping the SIM card. Is this something that's allowed, or would I need to go through some additional steps to make it work? Thanks in advance for your help!
