Is NFT and DeFi the same?

Excuse me, but I'm a bit confused about something. Could you please clarify the difference between NFTs and DeFi for me? I've heard the terms used interchangeably at times, but I'm not sure if they're actually the same thing or not. If they're not, could you explain the key distinctions between the two?
