Which is better, DFM or ADX?

I'm curious to know, which cryptocurrency trading indicator do you think is more effective: the Directional Movement Index (DMF) or the Average Directional Index (ADX)? Both have their proponents and detractors, but I'm interested in hearing your take on which one you believe provides a more accurate representation of market trends and momentum. Do you have any personal experience with either of these indicators, and if so, what has been your experience like?
