How to remove bag fee from Target app?

Hello there, I'm having some trouble with the Target app and I was wondering if you could help me out. I've noticed that there's a bag fee being added to my orders, and I'm curious if there's a way to remove it. I've checked the app settings but I can't seem to find an option to do so.
