Which tawa is better, cast iron or non-stick?

So, I'm trying to decide between a cast iron tawa and a non-stick tawa. I've heard that cast iron retains heat really well and can be seasoned to create a natural non-stick surface, but it also requires some maintenance and can be heavy. On the other hand, non-stick tawas are easy to clean and use, but I've heard they can wear out over time and may not be as durable. Which one would you recommend and why? Are there any other factors I should consider when making my decision?
