Can I use other oils in a NEOM diffuser?

Excuse me, but I was wondering if I have the liberty to experiment with different types of oils in my NEOM diffuser? I understand that NEOM products are designed to work harmoniously together, but I'm curious about the compatibility of other oils. Would it be advisable or potentially harmful to the diffuser or its functioning if I decide to use oils other than the ones specifically marketed by NEOM?
