Can you live in NEOM?

I'm curious, can one actually reside in NEOM, the futuristic city being developed in Saudi Arabia? It's been touted as a hub for innovation and sustainability, but I'm wondering if it's a place where people can actually call home. Is there a plan in place for residential areas, amenities, and all the necessities of daily life? Or is NEOM still more of a concept at this point, with living arrangements yet to be finalized?
