Is the Neom line in Saudi Arabia real?

I've been hearing a lot about the Neom line in Saudi Arabia lately. It's being touted as a futuristic city with all sorts of advanced technologies and sustainable practices. But is it really happening, or is it just a pipe dream? I mean, Saudi Arabia is already a wealthy country with plenty of resources, but building a whole new city from scratch seems like a huge undertaking. And with all the environmental concerns these days, is Neom really going to be sustainable? I'm just curious to know if there's any solid evidence that Neom is more than just a concept and if it's actually going to become a reality.
