Can I use my AirTalk SIM in another phone?

Hello there, I'm curious about something regarding my AirTalk SIM card. I'm wondering if it's possible to use it in a different phone than the one it was originally intended for. I've been considering upgrading my device and I'm not sure if I'll be able to keep my current SIM and number.
