Does AMPYRA really work?

Have you heard about AMPYRA, the medication that's supposed to improve walking ability in patients with multiple sclerosis? But does it really work? I've been reading mixed reviews and I'm not sure if it's worth the cost. Have you had any experience with AMPYRA or do you know of any scientific studies that can back up its effectiveness?
