Does Pandora sell real good?

I've heard a lot about Pandora and their products, but I'm still not sure if they really sell quality items. I've seen some reviews that are positive, but there are also some negative ones. So, I'm wondering, does Pandora really sell real good? Are their products worth the money? And what kind of materials do they use to make their jewelry?
