Does aura work internationally?

Could you please clarify for me if Aura operates globally, or are there any specific regions or countries where it is not available? I'm particularly interested in knowing if I, as an international user, would be able to take advantage of Aura's services and features regardless of my location. Is there any geographical limitation that I should be aware of before considering Aura as a solution for my needs?
